Founded in 2002 by Jazz Mbanjwa, Zenzele People Professionals began as a recruitment agency and has since grown into a full-service human resources (HR) consultancy. We are a 100% black, 74% black female-owned business, proudly local with an enviable global reach.

Meet Jazz Mbanjwa

I am passionate about building and growing future-fit organisations, leaders and people and have a keen interest in organisational culture shaping and reshaping, and redefining employee experience.

With more than 15 years, operational and strategic experience as a Human Capital executive, I chair the board of Zenzele, drive business growth and manage the day-to-day operations of the company.

At Zenzele we are focused on building and growing organisations, leaders and people. Starting with recruitment as a core competency, Zenzele has expanded into new territories such as developing organisational culture and employee experience; supporting organisations’ talent attraction and retention efforts; and providing cloud-based leadership and employee communication platforms.

My personal experience across all HR specialities and commitment to the recruitment industry has resulted in a widespread array of strategic relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders, locally and internationally, particularly in the ICT industry.
